GUT HEALTH AND FOOD COMBINING

The choices are always there, the power is always in your hands to make the right choices for your body. To make choices that are resourceful and avert issues in the first place. However, on those occasions discipline can't be achieved, there is of loss motivation or just being at a party that has all those foods present, here are some things you can do to neutralise the food incompatibility, stop the build up of acid, inflammation and all other symptoms such as bloating, diarrhoea, gas, foggy brain and pain that can accompany wrong food choices. The below list are very accessible to you via health food shop, health practitioners and your local supermarket.
1. There are a host of full spectrum digestive enzymes that you can buy as supplements and keep on hand in these types of emergencies. They are proteases, may have hydrochloric acid and other enzymes which are highly useful to help break down food quickly helping take off the load and damage on your digestive system. These normally must be taken before you ingest the foods but still have an affect in the advent of a mishap.
2. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (use mother tincture) (ACV). I can't help but go on about Bragg's brand because i know how effacious it is. 1 tablespoon taken in 1/2 cup of water. As long as you don't have an over run of candida present, this is a great substitute for digestive enzymes. It stimulates your natural production of hydrochloric acid in the gut helping break down the food, it neutralises any acid levels by making it more alkaline which lowers the inflammation and therefore any pain present.
3. Baking Soda ~ as long as there aren't any discrepancies in your kidney and electrolyte levels, a pinch of baking soda in 1/2 a cup of water will neutralise acids, lower inflammation and help process food that disturbs your digestion.
Thanks for all your Pm's. This week will be all about GUT improvement.
